On January 25, 2023, please join Cook Alciati, Michael Dorfman, and James Harris for the first of two webinars that will review significant developments in the intellectual property field that occurred in 2022 and that are on the horizon for 2023. Our webinar on January 25, 2023 is titled “2022 Patent Year in Review.” A second webinar will be scheduled for February 2023 and will focus on all things copyright, trademark, trade secrets, and unfair competition.
2022 included a number of notable patent decisions from district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Further, the Supreme Court will consider the appropriate standard to be applied when considering whether a patent is sufficiently enabled to satisfy 35 U.S.C. §112, and might add to its already significant IP-related docket.
